The Ground Floor

The Ground Floor has sensibly sized rooms including a study from which the side door leads to the decking. This room could equally be used as a utility room or even a fourth bedroom as we did when our daughter lived at home.

Description

Our house is built of traditional brick faced cavity walls under a concrete tiled roof, its a semi detached property with gas fired central heating and stands in pleasant enclosed gardens. We have have lived here for a number of years and have altered the ground floor accommodation to suit our needs with the original separate dining room becoming a kitchen/dining room and the former kitchen a study.
